We, namely Kamikatze and Cosmo, are responsible for the data processing on our platform. Our privacy matters a lot to us. We assume you feel the same way, and that shapes how we handle your data. Of course, you can contact us at any time if you want to tell us something or have questions about your data.

When you visit our platform, technical data is automatically recorded in log files. These records include your IP address and the time of access. This serves the secure and stable operation of our platform. The legal basis is our overriding private interest (Art. 31 Abs. 1 DSG) or, where applicable, our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

We need your email address to manage your account. For example, we can use your email address to restore your account more easily if you lose your password. For the protection of minors, we verify your age, and for this purpose we collect your date of birth. The legal basis is the performance of the user agreement (Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. a DSG) or, where applicable, contract performance (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

We also collect your name and your address. We use this information for proper bookkeeping in connection with paid services. The legal basis is justification by law (Art. 31 Abs. 1 DSG) or, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO), in particular under the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Your personal data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in our database. The server and the database are located in Germany. We perform regular backups and also keep them in Switzerland.

We run the perverformer platform ourselves. We use your data exclusively for operating the platform and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We only share personal data with official authorities in legally mandatory cases.

Log files are automatically deleted after a few weeks. You can view and update your personal data in your account at any time. You also have the option to delete this data together with your account. For technical reasons, it may take some time before deletion is fully complete.

If you have used paid services, we retain the information required for that purpose for 10 years. We are obliged to do so under the Swiss Code of Obligations. This applies only to data for bookkeeping, not your other data on the platform.

Our platform uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your device. One cookie, for example, enables you to stay logged in without having to enter your password again on every visit. Our cookies are essential for the correct and secure functioning of this platform.
