These terms of service apply to the perverformer platform, operated by Kamikatze and Cosmo. Please note that we can update the terms of service. You can find the current version here. By using our platform, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, you are not allowed to use our platform.

Although our platform is very stable, we cannot guarantee that there will never be outages. Both the functionality of the platform and its content may be adjusted, expanded, but also reduced at any time. We love our platform very much, but we are not obligated to continue operating it forever.

On our platform, you can buy perverCoins and then spend them to unlock videos. After you have unlocked a video, you can play it in the same way as the preview. Currently, we do not offer downloads.

All content on the perverformer platform, in particular the videos, images, and texts, is protected by copyright. We hold all rights relevant to publication and commercial use.

If the content is published or marketed by someone other than us or our collaborators, it is a pirated copy. If you discover a pirated copy anywhere, please contact us. We will then investigate the matter and may give you a reward depending on the situation.
